Hey beautiful — welcome!
I am happy you found your way here. This is your space — soft, strong, supportive — where women gather to grow, glow, and cheer each other on.
No need for perfection or pressure. Just bring your whole self — the messy, the magical, the in-between — and let’s take this journey together. Because progress isn’t a race… it’s a rhythm. And you don’t have to do it alone.
Here, we celebrate every step forward (even the tiny ones). We honor the process, embrace the pivots, and uplift one another along the way.
So come as you are, stay as long as you like, and know this: you’ve just joined a community of women walking their own paths — together.
Welcome to your next chapter. I am glad you’re here. 💕
Hi! My name is Katia
I'm a coach with a heart for growth, connection, and those beautiful in-between moments where real transformation happens. With a degree in Sociology and a deep curiosity for how we move through the world — especially as women — I’ve spent years learning how our stories, struggles, and strengths shape us.
But more than anything, I’m here to walk beside you — gently, honestly, and with so much care.
This space was born from my belief that growth doesn’t have to be lonely, rushed, or overwhelming. It can be soft. It can be slow. It can even be a little messy (okay… beautifully messy). And when we grow together, magic happens.
Whether you’re in a season of change, craving clarity, or simply looking for a community of women who get it — you’re in the right place.

everything you need to know
1. What exactly is coaching — and how is it different from therapy or mentoring?
Great question! Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process that helps you get clear on where you are, where you’d like to be, and what’s in the way. Think of it as a cozy space to explore, grow, and take meaningful steps — at your own pace.
Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions or dive deeply into past trauma. And while mentoring is usually advice-driven, coaching is all about you finding your own answers (with a little gentle guidance from me, of course).
2. What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each session is a safe, spacious container just for you. We’ll start with where you are — emotionally, mentally, even energetically — and move from there. Expect thoughtful questions, deep listening, warm support, and maybe even a few gentle "aha" moments along the way.
There’s no pressure to perform or "have it all together." We move slowly, intentionally, and always with compassion.
3. Who is this coaching for?
This space is for women who are navigating change, craving clarity, feeling a little (or a lot) stuck, or simply longing to reconnect with themselves. If you’re in a season of transition, growth, or curiosity — you’re so welcome here.
You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need to have a perfect plan. You just need to be willing to show up — as you are.
4. Do I need to have specific goals to start coaching?
Not at all! Some women come in with a clear goal, others just have a feeling — a nudge that something needs to shift. Both are beautiful starting points.
Together, we’ll gently explore what matters to you and what wants to unfold. Goals may show up naturally along the way, or we might take a more intuitive path. Either way, you’re in good hands.
5. How many sessions will I need?
Every journey is unique, but most clients find that around five sessions is the sweet spot — enough time to create real shifts without creating dependency. My goal is for you to feel confident, clear, and beautifully equipped to keep growing on your own.
6. Are the sessions confidential?
Absolutely, yes. Everything we talk about stays between us. This is a judgment-free, private space where you can show up as your whole self — tender parts and all.
7. How do online sessions work?
We meet virtually — usually via Google meet — so you can show up from the comfort of your favorite chair, cup of tea in hand. No commute, no pressure, just you, me, and an open-hearted conversation.
Once you book a session, you’ll receive all the details via email — including the link to join.
8. Can I work with you if I’m currently in therapy or taking medication?
Absolutely — many of my clients are also working with a therapist or mental health professional. Coaching and therapy can complement each other beautifully, especially when each has a clear role.
While therapy often focuses on healing the past or managing mental health diagnoses, coaching is future-focused. Our work together is centered on personal growth, self-trust, and moving forward with intention — not treating or diagnosing mental health conditions.
If you’re currently under psychiatric care or taking medication, that’s totally okay. As your coach, I’ll always encourage you to prioritize your mental health and stay connected to your healthcare providers when needed.
If you’re unsure whether coaching is the right fit right now, you can also speak with your therapist or doctor for guidance.
